There are more than 60 room categories, distinct villages, different levels of service, different room layouts, and a long list of upgrades to consider. Then there are the questions that don't really get answered by a room description:
Will this location feel convenient for our family?
Will we actually use that balcony?
How much walking are we comfortable with?
Do we need more sleeping space?
Will we spend a lot of time in our room during the day?
Is an upgrade worth the extra investment for our family?
That's where I come in.

Then I use that information, along with my firsthand knowledge of the resort, to help you understand your options.
Sometimes that means recommending an upgrade.
Sometimes it means saving the money.
Sometimes it means choosing a completely different village or room category than the one you originally had in mind.
The important part is that you understand why you're making the decision before you spend the money.
I Don't Start With the Most Expensive Room
There are families who genuinely want the least expensive room available.
If you truly don't care about the room, don't need additional space, don't mind walking farther, and know that you'll spend almost all of your time outside of your room, that may be a perfectly good choice for you.
I have no problem telling a family that.
I'm the best fit for families who want to create the best experience possible for their family, but may not be sure which choices will actually get them there.
You want a room that makes sense for how your family functions. You are willing to invest in an upgrade that you'll actually use and appreciate every day. You value conveniences that make your vacation feel easier, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.
You just may not know which of those things are actually worth paying for.
That's where my firsthand experience becomes valuable.
I want you to walk into your room and think:
"Nicole put us in the perfect spot."
Not:
"Huh. I thought this would be different."
Because when you're investing thousands of dollars in a family vacation, I want you to feel confident about that investment before you ever arrive.
I Want to Know How Your Family Actually Vacations
This is where a Beaches Turks & Caicos consultation becomes much more useful than simply looking at room categories online.
I'll ask questions that help me understand what your vacation will actually look like.
Do your kids nap?
Does someone in your family like to get up early while everyone else sleeps?
Will you spend time on your balcony?
Will you be going back to the room throughout the day?
Does your family need separate sleeping space?
Are grandparents traveling with you?
How comfortable are you with walking?
Would a walkout make your day easier?
Would a quieter location matter?
Is having the best possible ocean view more important to you than being close to everything?
These aren't questions with universal right answers.
They're questions that help me understand your version of a great vacation.
I Help You Picture What the Vacation Will Feel Like
This is probably the biggest difference between the way I approach vacation planning and simply comparing rooms on a website.
I don't want you to just read a description and decide that a room sounds nice.
I want you to be able to picture yourself there.
This is how this room feels.
This is how this village feels.
This is what your day could feel like here.
For one family, walking a little farther may be completely fine if it means having a beautiful ocean view.
Another family may look at that same option and say, "Actually, we would rather be closer to everything."
A family with younger kids may love having a walkout because parents can sit outside while the kids are sleeping.
Another family may barely use the patio and would rather put that money toward something else.
Neither family is wrong.
They're simply planning different vacations.
That's why I don't believe there is one universally perfect Beaches Turks & Caicos room.
Sometimes the Less Expensive Option Is the Right One
This is important enough for me to say out loud.
I am not trying to convince every family to spend more money.
If I show you an upgrade and explain what it would change about your vacation and you say, "Honestly, that doesn't matter to us," that's a great answer.
You just saved money because you know what you're giving up, and you're completely comfortable with it.
That's a much better decision than paying for an upgrade because somebody in a Facebook group said it was the "best room."
And the same thing works in reverse.
If I explain an option and you say, "Oh, we would absolutely use that," then we can look at whether the additional investment makes sense.
That's how I want you to make your room decision.
What Happens During a Consultation?
When you click my consultation link, you'll enter your name and email address and choose a time for a 30-minute consultation.
Before our call, you'll receive an email from me with information about what to expect and another link to my calendar in case you need it later.
During our consultation, we'll talk through your family's priorities, travel dates, preferences, etc.
I'll answer your questions and help you understand the options that may make sense for your family.
If, after our conversation, it sounds like we're a good fit to work together, I'll take everything we've discussed and get to work on your vacation.
What Happens After the Consultation?
I'll put together a personalized proposal based on your dates and the experience you're looking for.
You'll have an opportunity to review it, ask questions, and make adjustments.
This is where things sometimes change.
You might initially ask about Christmas and then see what that week costs and decide you'd rather look at January.
You might see the difference between two room categories and realize the more expensive option gives you something your family will genuinely appreciate.
Or you might look at the options and decide you'd rather save the money.
That's all part of the process.
Once you've decided on the right vacation, I can place a hold on the room when available.
Your deposit is then made securely and directly to Beaches.
You are working with me for my expertise, but your vacation payment goes directly to the resort.
What Happens After You're Booked?
My support doesn't end when your reservation is made.
Once you're booked with me, you can expect ongoing support throughout the planning process.
I'll be available for questions as you get closer to your trip, and you'll receive information from me to help you prepare.
That includes things like:
important information about navigating your travel day
packing guidance
getting through the airport and onto your transfer
knowing what to do when you arrive at the resort
understanding which reservations are important to make early
knowing which things can wait
making sure important experiences on your family's wish list don't get forgotten
If your family has specific needs or requests, I'm also happy to help communicate those with the resort.
That could mean requesting assistance from the Beaches Buddies program, connecting with the Culinary Concierge regarding food allergies, or making other special requests based on your family's needs.
Some requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by the resort, but I am happy to make the request and advocate for what your family needs.
My goal is to take some of the mental load off of you.
You shouldn't have to spend every night before vacation thinking:
"What am I supposed to do next?"
If a family photo is important to you, let's get it on the list.
If there are restaurants you really want to experience, let's make sure you understand when and how to handle those reservations.
If there's something specific your family wants to do, let's make sure it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
And because the best way to handle those things can depend on the room category and level of service you've booked, I can help you create a plan based on your actual reservation.
How Much Should I Budget for a Beaches Turks & Caicos Vacation?
This is one of the questions I get asked most often.
If you're simply trying to understand the general investment involved in a Beaches Turks & Caicos vacation for a family of four, these examples can give you a starting point.
Beaches Turks & Caicos has more than 60 room categories, so I don't recommend choosing a room based solely on price before you understand whether it is actually a good fit for your family.
Your travel dates, availability, family preferences, and the experience you want will all affect the final cost.

I've stayed at a lot of these resorts.

I've spent more than 56 nights in Butler-level accommodations because I wanted to understand what that experience was actually like.
I've walked the villages.
I've experienced the convenience of being closer to something, and the inconvenience of being farther away.
I've traveled to Sandals with my husband, and I've experienced Beaches with my family.
And my priorities can completely change depending on who I'm traveling with.
When it's just my husband and me at a Sandals resort, I am perfectly happy choosing the highest floor and the best ocean view. Extra walking? Fine. Waiting for an elevator? Fine.
Add my son to the trip and suddenly convenience becomes much more valuable.
He always seems to need to "run back to the room" for something.
That walkout patio can make a bigger difference than a beautiful view when I'm trying to make the day work for our family.
That's why I believe luxury at Beaches isn't necessarily about spending the most money.
It's about spending intentionally to create the experience you actually want.
Sometimes that means spending more.
Sometimes it means keeping the money in your pocket.
The important part is knowing which one you're choosing and why.
