1. How much do your planning services cost?

This is the best part. My expert planning services, personalized advice, and dedicated support are available to you at no additional cost.

This is possible because I am compensated directly by the resort or travel supplier after you have traveled, and this is already built into the total vacation price. The price you see with me is the same as the price you would find booking directly. In fact, because I am aware of every available promotion and constantly monitor my clients' bookings for new discounts, my clients often end up with a better price and more value than they could have found on their own, all while receiving my dedicated, one-on-one service.

2. Why should I book with you instead of directly online?

Booking online can be overwhelming. With dozens of room categories, ever-changing promotions, and endless resort options, it’s easy to feel unsure if you're making the right choice.

When you work with me, you get more than just a booking; you get a partner. I provide:

• Firsthand Expertise: I know these resorts inside and out and can guide you to the perfect one based on your unique preferences.

• A Personal Advocate: If something goes wrong or you need assistance, you have a direct line to me, not a call center.

3. What does the planning process look like?

My process is simple, personalized, and designed to be completely stress-free for you.

  • Complimentary Consultation: We’ll start with a relaxed video or phone call. This is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll listen to what you’re dreaming of in a vacation, and you can learn more about my planning service. I’ll also provide a general cost estimate.

  • Custom Curated Proposal: If you’re comfortable with the direction and budget, I will get to work crafting a custom proposal. This isn't just a list of prices; it’s a curated selection of resorts, rooms, and options that I believe are the perfect fit for you.

  • Booking & Countdown: Once you've chosen your perfect vacation, we'll secure the booking. From then on, I'll handle all the details, from sending important reminders to sharing my insider tips, so all you have to do is get excited!

4. How do I pay for my vacation? Is it secure?

Your financial security is a top priority. I prioritize booking methods that allow you to pay the resort directly through a safe and secure payment link. For resorts like Sandals and Beaches, this means you are in full control of your payments. You also have the flexibility to make partial payments over time, allowing you to pay for your trip on a schedule that works best for you.

5. Can I use my points or airline miles for flights?

Absolutely! My goal is to create the best possible travel plan for you, and that includes leveraging your points and miles.

My service includes a complimentary airfare consultation where I recommend flights that will work best for your itinerary. However, I have you book your flights directly with the airline. This is a huge benefit for you, as it means you maintain complete control. You can use any points or miles you have, benefit from your airline status, choose your seats, and manage your booking directly if changes or cancellations are needed. I am, of course, available to guide you and assist if any issues arise.

6. What happens after my trip is booked?

Booking your trip is just the beginning of our journey together! After your deposit is paid, my service continues. You can expect to receive my exclusive 'Know Before You Go' guides, helpful packing lists, and timely reminders for your final payment. As your travel date gets closer, I will also contact the resort on your behalf to confirm your details and communicate any special requests you might have. I am with you every step of the way, ensuring you feel prepared and excited.

7. Can you help if something goes wrong during my trip?

Yes. This is one of the most important reasons to have a travel advisor in your corner. In the unlikely event you encounter any issues during your trip, you have a direct line to me. Instead of spending your precious vacation time on the phone with a call center, you can contact me, and I will work with my contacts at the resort to find a solution on your behalf. My goal is for you to relax, knowing you have a dedicated advocate ready to assist.

8. Do you only book Sandals & Beaches Resorts?

Because of my extensive firsthand experience at Sandals and Beaches Resorts, they are always my first and most confident recommendation. However, my ultimate goal is to find the perfect vacation for you. I have a select portfolio of other resorts that I have personally visited, extensively researched, and fully vetted. If a Sandals or Beaches resort isn't the right fit for your family's travel style or budget, I am happy to explore these other excellent options with you.
